We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return & exchange policy below.

✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
• Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags & packaging intact.
• Only size exchanges or defective/damaged product returns are accepted.
• For hygiene reasons, sports bras, innerwear, and accessories cannot be returned once opened, unless defective.

📦 Return / Exchange Process
1. Email us at alphawomanactivewear@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return/exchange.
2. Our team will arrange a pickup through our courier partner (where serviceable).
3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.

💰 Refunds
• Refunds are issued in the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify the product.
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or as store credit.
• Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable.

• If you need a different size, we will ship the new size once we receive the original item.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
• Discounted / Sale items (unless defective).
• Items without original tags/packaging.
• Damaged items due to misuse or not following care instructions.

⚠️ Damaged / Wrong Product Received
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
